As an influential thought leader, Dr. Pimpa actively shapes scholarly discourse through his service on the editorial boards of renowned journals such as the Journal of Management Research and International Education Journal. Additionally, he demonstrates exceptional leadership as the chair of the International Theme Committee at prominent management associations, including the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), the Asian Academy of Management, and the Oceania Comparative and International Education Societies (OCIES).
Dr. Pimpa’s dedication to championing social justice and sustainability is exemplary. He played a pivotal role in advancing LGBTIQ+ workplace rights in Thailand during his tenure on the National Gender Equality Committee at the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security from 2018 to 2022. Furthermore, he continues his unwavering commitment to sustainability by contributing his expertise as a member of the advisory council for the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).

Prior to joining Mahidol University, he held notable roles such as associate professor at RMIT University (Australia), research fellow at Monash University, researcher at the World Bank, and policy analyst at the Ministry of Education. Dr. Pimpa’s dedication to education extends globally, with teaching experience at renowned institutions such as the Singapore Institute of Management, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, the National University of Laos, and Universitas Pelita Harapan (Indonesia).
